		<description>While I completely agree that lawyers need to have a rudimentary understanding of SEM concepts, I wonder how effective a lawyer can be considering the highly competitive nature of SEM in the legal industry.  Unless you have a highly niche practice where competition is lower, I just don&#039;t think mainstream practicing lawyers have the time or knowledge to successfully compete against full-fledged SEM consultants.  However, I do believe that they need some fundamental understanding of &quot;how it works&quot; in order to make an informed decision about which SEM consultants, strategies, and products to buy.</description>
